A total of 60.42% of the votes have been counted at the Municipal Counting Centers, where the number of votes received by candidates for members of parliament is being determined.
The list of candidates with the highest number of votes is currently led by the Self-Determination Movement (LVV), with party leader Albin Kurti at the top, having received 208,109 votes so far, reports IndeksOnline.
From LVV, the other candidates ranking in the top ten most-voted are: Glauk Konjufca, Albulena Haxhiu, Hekuran Murati, Donika Gërvalla-Schwarz, Xhelal Sveçla, Hajrulla Çeku, Avni Dehari, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, and Ejup Maqedonci.
Meanwhile, with 1,545 ballot packages counted, or 60.42% of the votes, PDK leader Bedri Hamza has received 96,030 votes, followed by the next nine most-voted candidates so far: Arian Tahiri, Përparim Gruda, Uran Ismaili, Sala Jashari, Vlora Çitaku, Arben Mustafa, Enver Hoxhaj, Rrahman Rama, and Ganimete Musliu.
From the votes counted for the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), the highest number has been received by Lumir Abdixhiku with 46,206 votes, followed by Hykmete Bajrami, Ukë Rugova, Doarsa Kica-Xhelili, Avdullah Hoti, Kujtim Shala, Anton Quni, Armend Zemaj, Lutfi Haziri, and Janina Ymeri.
Earlier, the Central Election Commission (CEC) announced that the municipalities which have completed the vote-counting process are: Mamusha, Shtërpca, Junik, Hani i Elezit, Kllokot, North Mitrovica, Novobërdë, Zvečan, and Viti.
