Turkey has pledged financial support of over €3 million to Kosovo as part of a Military Financial Cooperation Agreement signed between the two governments.
Acting Minister of Defense Ejup Maqedonci confirmed that the agreement was signed together with Turkey’s Minister of National Defense, Yaşar Güler.
Under the agreement, Turkey will provide 200 million Turkish lira to support the strengthening of the Kosovo Security Force, focusing on enhancing its operational capacities and further professional and institutional development.
The statement emphasized that this cooperation reflects the high level of relations between the two countries and their shared commitment to advancing peace and stability in the region.
