While unsettled weather conditions will continue across Kosovo, Western Europe is expected to face a second heatwave this week, with temperatures once again approaching 40°C, particularly in parts of Spain and France.

Meanwhile, Monday has been characterized by sunshine and only a few clouds across Kosovo. However, isolated showers may develop later in the afternoon in northern and northeastern areas due to a cooler and more humid air mass stretching across Central Europe and parts of the Balkans, including Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Serbia, extending close to Kosovo.

These unstable weather patterns are expected to persist throughout the coming days, accompanied by a slight drop in daytime temperatures and more noticeable cooling during rainfall episodes.

Forecast for the Coming Days

Tuesday:
Sunny intervals mixed with clouds. During the afternoon, local showers are expected, with the possibility of hail in some areas, accompanied by thunderstorms and lightning.

Wednesday:
A mix of sunshine and clouds will continue. During the afternoon, a cooler air mass is expected to move in, bringing local showers, thunderstorms, lightning, and small hail. In some locations, conditions may briefly intensify into stormy weather.

Thursday:
Partly sunny with periods of cloudiness. Local showers and thunderstorms are expected in some areas.

Weekend Outlook

From Friday into the weekend, weather conditions are expected to improve significantly, with mostly sunny skies and warmer temperatures returning across the country.
