Kosovo Police Investigate Mass Vote Manipulation Claims Against Srpska Lista Following Audit

A sweeping criminal investigation has been launched by the Kosovo Police following the discovery of systematic fraud and industrial-scale vote manipulation allegedly orchestrated by the Belgrade-backed political party, Srpska Lista.

The systemic irregularities were exposed at the Count and Results Center (QNR) during a routine, randomized recount of ballot boxes. Multi-ethnic audit teams flagged structural patterns showing identical handwriting styles, uniform marking ticks, and matching symbols across dozens of ballots, alongside forged signatures on final voter registration sheets.

The Forensic Audit Trail: Fraud Discovered Across Municipalities

According to official complaints forwarded directly to state prosecutors and law enforcement, the pattern of election fraud is not isolated to a single precinct. Instead, it spans multiple Serb-majority municipalities across Kosovo.

Auditors discovered that the signatures of citizens—supposedly penned at polling stations before entering voting booths—matched perfectly in sequence, indicating that a single individual or group systematically falsified the records to inflate voter turnout numbers.

The Central Election Commission Leak

An internal email excerpt from the Central Election Commission (KQZ) investigation team outlines the technical depth of the alleged voter fraud operation:

“During the randomized recount of ballot box 3602/02 in the Municipality of Partesh, we encountered multiple ballots exhibiting the exact same handwriting pattern and marking style across three distinct instances. Furthermore, in this exact polling station, images extracted from the final voters’ register reveal identical matching signatures. Similar fraudulent patterns have now been confirmed in the Municipality of Gračanica (precincts 3401/01 and 3403/01) and in the northern municipality of Zvečan (precinct 2905/01).”

The KQZ has officially frozen the certification of results for the compromised polling stations. Forensic handwriting experts from the Kosovo Agency for Forensics have been brought in to review the physical registration logs, while international election observers are monitoring the fallout to assess whether the systemic manipulation requires a full reelection protocol across all Serb-majority municipalities.
