The Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) has announced that interviews for the position of Chief State Prosecutor will be held on July 1, 2026.
According to the announcement, the drafting of interview questions will begin at 08:00, while the interviews themselves will start at 11:00 at the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council building, Meeting Hall, 6th Floor.
The KPC has also invited all interested parties wishing to monitor the process to comply with the established rules and schedules. Due to limited space, organizations and observers are requested to confirm the name of one representative by contacting the Public Communication Office at [email protected] no later than June 26, 2026.

The interviews will be conducted in accordance with Article 3 (6A) of Regulation 07/2026 amending and supplementing Regulation 07/2024 on the appointment of the Chief State Prosecutor and Chief Prosecutors of the Prosecution Offices of the Republic of Kosovo.
