Popular Albanian singer Elvana Gjata has expressed her support for the “NOT IN MY NAME” protest, scheduled to take place on October 1 in Prishtina in response to the convictions handed down by the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague against Hashim Thaçi, Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
Gjata shared the protest invitation on her social media accounts, joining the public call for participation in the planned demonstration.
The protest will be held at Skënderbeu Square in Prishtina, starting at 4:00 p.m.
