Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti met on Friday with the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, to discuss bilateral relations and recent political developments.
During the meeting, Ambassador Hargreaves congratulated Kurti on the formation of the new government and the start of its new mandate. Both sides expressed their readiness to continue cooperation and further strengthen the relations that Kosovo and the United Kingdom have developed over the years.
The meeting also focused on recent political developments in Kosovo, with particular attention to the completion of the process of forming the country’s institutions.
According to the Kosovo Government, it remains committed to further strengthening relations with the United Kingdom and expanding the two countries’ strategic partnership.
The government said it intends to deepen cooperation in areas including trade, investment, technology and sports, particularly in the context of preparations for the Mediterranean Games.
