Members of the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) have won a gold medal at the prestigious Cambrian Patrol 2026 military competition in the United Kingdom, finishing among 120 participating teams.
Kosovo’s Defense Minister Ejup Maqedonci announced the achievement, describing it as recognition of the professionalism and commitment of FSK personnel.
The achievement was also honored at the Embassy of the Republic of Kosovo in London, where, under the hosting of Ambassador Ilir Kapiti, the Kosovo contingent raised the country’s flag above the embassy building during a special military ceremony.
“This achievement is clear evidence of the professionalism and dedication of our personnel, as well as the continued development of the Kosovo Security Force,” Maqedonci said.
The Cambrian Patrol is regarded as a demanding military exercise that tests participants’ field skills, endurance, teamwork and leadership under challenging conditions.
The gold medal represents another international achievement for FSK personnel and highlights their participation in multinational military activities and training.
