In a situation where blackmail is coming from all sides, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic’s strategy is to ‘give up on Kosovo’ and everything else, but it is difficult for him to part ways with mafioso structures like Radojičić, Veselinović, and others who are loyal to him and serve his personal projects. In this way, he essentially protects himself, said Rada Trajković, the head of the European Movement of Serbs from Kosovo, in an interview with Pobjeda. She admitted that she is tired of Serbia.

“He is under a lot of pressure because of Milan Radojičić, and to preserve and mitigate the process against him, Vučić, on his part, provides Ukraine with important armaments that are strategically significant for some Western centers. Vučić has a problem with Rio Tinto; he must ensure that they do not have issues with the people so that they can operate unhindered. This is why he entered the campaign in central Serbia, where he directly lobbies for the Rio Tinto project— they are a serious corporation that won’t be deterred by meetings and speeches,” she said.

According to Trajković, in a situation where blackmail is coming from all sides, Vučić has pushed the Kosovo issue out of his interest.

“His strategy is to give up on the territory and everything else, but he finds it hard to part ways with mafioso structures like Radojičić, Veselinović, and others, who remain loyal to him and serve his personal projects. In this way, he essentially protects himself.”
