Russia has drafted a plan to destabilize and create an undemocratic atmosphere in Kosovo ahead of the parliamentary elections scheduled for February 9. This was announced by Dragan Sormaz, the head of the Serbian Euro-Atlantic Council.

In a statement on X, he stated that the Russians aim to influence the electoral process by engaging individuals from minority communities.

“Russia has formulated a plan to destabilize, manipulate, and encourage an undemocratic atmosphere in Kosovo before the planned parliamentary elections on February 9. They seek to influence the electoral process by involving individuals from minority communities—Roma, Bosniaks, Gorans, etc.,” he wrote.
