Osmani Meets New Estonian Prime Minister, Discusses Kosovo’s Council of Europe Membership

Kosovo’s President, Vjosa Osmani, met with Estonia’s newly appointed Prime Minister, Kristen Michal, during the European Political Community summit.

In a post on Facebook, Osmani shared that their discussions focused on Kosovo’s membership in the Council of Europe, the removal of EU sanctions against Kosovo, and advancing Kosovo’s EU membership application.

“It was a pleasure to meet the new Prime Minister of Estonia, Kristen Michal. At the European Political Community summit, we discussed Kosovo’s accession to the Council of Europe, the removal of EU measures against Kosovo, and advancing Kosovo’s EU membership application,” Osmani wrote.

She also expressed gratitude for Estonia’s strong support for Kosovo.
