On Veterans Day, President Joe Biden laid a wreath on Monday at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier to honor fallen soldiers.

The event marked his first public appearance alongside Vice President Kamala Harris since her loss in the November 5th presidential election.

The ceremony, held at Arlington National Cemetery near the nation’s capital, Washington, also marked the first time Harris was seen in public since her speech on November 6th, where she conceded defeat in the election.
