Twenty-two people injured in a bus accident on the Prishtinë-Pejë highway received treatment at the Emergency Clinic of the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (QKUK). Fortunately, all are reported to be out of danger.
Naser Syla, the clinic director, confirmed to Ekonomia Online that the injured were provided with immediate care, and their condition remains stable.
“Twenty-two citizens have been treated at the Emergency Clinic at QKUK. Their condition is stable, and after examinations, they have been discharged,” Syla said via phone.
The incident involved an urban bus that overturned and ended up off the road at a location known as “Kroi i Mbretit,” near the Business Park on the Prishtinë-Pejë highway.
The recent snowfall and low temperatures have caused numerous accidents and vehicle skids across Kosovo today, according to reports.
