The Vice President of the Self-Determination Movement (VV), Glauk Konjufca, following his meeting with political representatives, commented on the invitation that Prime Minister Albin Kurti had sent to Lumir Abdixhiku.
He stated that politics is neither hate nor love, and emphasized that the language used during the campaign is not unusual.
“The letter was addressed only to LDK, and the language we will use will always be one of cooperation and partnership. You can take into consideration the tensions and pluralism that may occur during the campaign, which we also experienced during the eighth legislature.”
“…but we all wake up one morning and see the result of the elections, and we understand that politics is not built on love; it is neither hate nor love. Politics is about understanding interests, but the interests we represent are not personal; they are those of the Republic of Kosovo,” said Konjufca.
Meanwhile, the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) will meet at 16:00 to respond to Kurti’s invitation.
