The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) has officially formed a parliamentary group in the Kosovo Assembly after Bosniak MP Duda Balje joined the party, bringing the total to six deputies — the minimum required to form a group.
The news was confirmed by AAK MP Time Kadriaj.
In the February 9 elections, the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo secured 5 seats in the Assembly.
Running in coalition with the Social Democratic Initiative (NISMA), they collectively won 7.06% of the votes or 8 seats, three of which belong to NISMA. The two parties went their separate ways following the elections.
Duda Balje, through her party SDU, gained one seat with 0.32% of the votes.
