Kosovo Energy Corporation (KEK sh.a.) announced that it has filed a lawsuit against Janina Imeri from the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK).
In its statement regarding the lawsuit, KEK said it “has taken and will continue to take all reporting measures, including reporting on social media, as well as any legal action to stop the spread of false information and propaganda, including cases originating from public officials.”
According to KEK, “any attempt to denigrate employees or representatives of the Corporation, or to attribute responsibilities to KEK that do not belong to it, is unacceptable and will be pursued legally to the fullest extent.”
Furthermore, KEK stated that “there is no obstacle to accessing official information, which is public, transparent, and accessible to everyone through the Corporation’s official website. KEK’s data are official, verifiable, and comparable to public data from KOSTT.”
“KEK remains committed to transparency, accurate information, and the protection of institutional integrity,” the statement concluded.
