The chair of the constitutive session, Avni Dehari from Vetëvendosje (VV), opened the continuation of the session by inviting representatives of political parties for consultations on how to proceed.
He stated that such consultations are necessary to ensure that “no procedural, legal, or constitutional violations are committed.”
Dehari noted that in the letter sent by President Vjosa Osmani, she did not offer a definitive solution for the parliamentary deadlock but urged the parties to find the political will to unblock the situation.
“The president’s letter does not give a final answer. It calls on the parties to find a way forward through cooperation,” Dehari said.
