Blerta Deliu-Kodra, a Member of Parliament from the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), has pledged that once the Kosovo Assembly is functional, her party will take steps to request the dismissal of the board of the Energy Regulatory Office (ZRRE/ERO).
“As soon as the Assembly is functional and if we have the necessary numbers, we will be fully committed to the dismissal of the ERO board,” she said.
According to Deliu-Kodra, the board’s decisions have been made without transparency and accountability. She also criticized the institution’s leadership: “We’ve seen a clear lack of transparency and arbitrary stances from the board, including problematic public communication by the board’s chair,” she added in her interview with RTV21.
