Officials and senior officers from the Ministry of Defense and the Kosovo Security Force (FSK) conducted a week-long visit to Berlin, where they participated in the seminar “21st Century Leadership Challenges.”
During the visit, the delegation attended lectures and working sessions on Germany’s veteran culture, contemporary leadership philosophy, and modern military leadership practices.
The program included meetings at the Office of the Armed Forces Commissioner, the Defense Commission, the Bundeswehr Career Center, and the Research Foundation for Science and Policy.
The delegation was received by Lieutenant Colonel Friedrich von Bismark and other senior German officers, exchanging experiences on human resource management, military leadership, and veteran care.
At the Kosovo Embassy in Berlin, a graduation ceremony was held for four FSK cadets who completed their studies in Germany, marking a significant step in enhancing the professional capabilities of the force.
The visit aims to strengthen Kosovo–Germany cooperation in defense and advance the professional development of FSK personnel.
