Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) leader Ardian Gjini and elected AAK MP Daut Haradinaj have withdrawn from their mandates as members of the Assembly of Kosovo.
The announcement was made by the Chairperson of the Central Election Commission (CEC), Kreshnik Radoniqi, during the CEC meeting where the final results of the early parliamentary elections held on June 7 were certified.
According to Radoniqi, Gjini’s seat will be taken by Bekë Berisha, while Haradinaj’s seat will be filled by Burim Ramadani.
