Alliance leader Ardian Gjini met with the United Kingdom’s Ambassador to Kosovo, Jonathan Hargreaves, with the two discussing Kosovo’s political situation following the verdict by the Kosovo Specialist Chambers in The Hague, as well as constitutional and political developments in Kosovo.
Gjini said that during the meeting he informed the British ambassador that the Alliance remains consistent in defending the country’s state interests and democracy.
He also expressed his gratitude for Ambassador Hargreaves’ role and engagement, as well as for the United Kingdom’s continued support for Kosovo.
“I informed him that the Alliance remains consistent in defending the state interest and democracy. I thanked Ambassador Hargreaves for his active role and the continued support of the United Kingdom for Kosovo,” Gjini said in a statement.
