A serious traffic disruption occurred this afternoon at the Murriz Tunnel on Arbër Road due to heavy snowfall and hail.
By 17:20, reports from Syri TV showed a traffic jam stretching up to 10 km, with vehicles stuck along the entire 3.8 km tunnel unable to move.
The road is blocked in both directions, as some cars have slid off the road into ditches. Authorities noted that many vehicles were not equipped with winter tires, worsening the situation.
