Israel Reportedly Kills Over 20 Senior Iranian Commanders in Airstrikes

At least 20 senior Iranian commanders, including Amir Ali Hajizadeh, the commander of the Aerospace Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, were killed in Israeli airstrikes on Friday, regional sources told Reuters, reports Rks News.

The Israeli military confirmed the death of Hajizadeh and other commanders, who were located in an underground command center preparing for an attack against Israel. The center was struck by fighter jets in a coordinated operation.

Among the victims are also commanders of the drone units and air defense of the Revolutionary Guards, the Israeli military said, emphasizing the strategic importance of this strike.
