On the occasion of the 17th anniversary of the declaration of independence, the United Kingdom is sending warm congratulations to all citizens of Kosovo.
King Charles has sent a special message to President Osmani, highlighting the importance of the friendship and close cooperation between the two countries.
The royal letter reads:
“Dear Madam President,
My wife and I are pleased to extend our warmest congratulations to Your Excellency and the people of the Republic of Kosovo on the occasion of your national holiday.
I am very pleased that our countries share such strong ties and I look forward to further strengthening our friendship.
It is my hope and strong ambition that our nations will be able to collaborate to make a positive impact on climate change and environmental issues, which affect all of us globally.
My wife and I take great pleasure in conveying our best wishes to you and all Kosovars for the coming year.
