The Ministry of Defence of Kosovo has allocated €178,535.10 for the construction of a lighting network at the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) barracks in Devë, Gjakova.
According to the contract award notice, the procurement procedure was launched to carry out works required by the KSF, with the aim of increasing its operational capacity and efficiency in carrying out its duties.
The contract, numbered 217-26-3382-5-2-1/C595, was awarded to SMART ElektroTech, a company based in Pristina. The contract was awarded on July 31, 2026, while its signing was scheduled for August 10, 2026.
A total of four economic operators competed for the contract. SMART ElektroTech submitted the lowest responsive bid, amounting to €178,535.10.
The other bids were:
- Decon SH.P.K. – €220,962.97
- Archi Time Group SH.P.K.; EKO GROUP ENERGY SH.P.K.; AXIOM ENGINEERING SH.P.K. – €288,316
- Elektrostublla SH.P.K. – €417,606
The contract was awarded through an open procurement procedure, with the lowest price serving as the selection criterion. The procurement document also specifies that the contract may not be subcontracted.
