Kosovo Police and KFOR Conduct Joint Field Exercise “ALAMO”

The Kosovo Police and NATO-led KFOR successfully conducted a joint field exercise codenamed “ALAMO” in the northern region of Kosovo, aimed at enhancing coordination, communication, and operational readiness between the two forces, KosovaPress reports.

The primary goal of the exercise was to strengthen command and control, improve inter-institutional cooperation, and ensure a rapid, efficient, and professional response to any situation that may threaten public safety and a secure environment.

During the “ALAMO” exercise, units tested response time, equipment efficiency, inter-unit communication, and the execution of tactical field operations in full coordination between Kosovo Police special units and KFOR troops.

According to officials, the exercise was planned in advance and successfully completed, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and mutual trust between the two security institutions.

Both the Kosovo Police and KFOR reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining public order and safety, while continuing to deepen cooperation to guarantee a stable and secure environment for all citizens in Kosovo.
