Out of 20,324 Kosovo citizens registered to vote at diplomatic missions for the February 9 parliamentary elections, more than 70% had exercised their right to vote by 19:00.
The Central Election Commission (KQZ) announced that 14,463 citizens had cast their ballots so far, not including the voting centers in Washington, Ottawa, Toronto, and New York.
