In an effort to determine which associates of Hashim Thaçi he had met over the years, the Kosovo Specialist Chambers (KSC) showed James Rubin a recent photo of former Thaçi advisor, now MP, Artan Behrami.
Rubin stated that he does not know Behrami and often takes photos with Albanians he meets as a polite gesture.
“Nevertheless, I like the photo,” Rubin said with a laugh.
