Kosovo’s Minister of Defense, Ejup Maqedonci, has praised members of the Kosovo Security Force (KSF) after they won a gold medal at the prestigious Cambrian Patrol 2026 competition in the United Kingdom.
Maqedonci said the achievement, secured among 120 participating teams, demonstrates the professionalism, discipline and high level of preparedness of KSF personnel.
The achievement was also honored at the Kosovo Embassy in London, where, hosted by Ambassador Ilir Kapiti, KSF personnel raised the flag of the Republic of Kosovo above the embassy building during a military ceremony.
“This achievement is clear evidence of the professionalism and dedication of our personnel, as well as of the continued development of the Kosovo Security Force,” Maqedonci wrote on Facebook.
The result adds to Kosovo’s efforts to strengthen the professional capabilities and international profile of the KSF through participation in major military exercises and competitions abroad.
