The media adviser of the presidency, Bekim Kupina, reacted to a statement made today by security analyst Bedri Elezi.
The latter, in an article on Facebook, said that there are doubts that President Vjosa Osmani, Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi and the head of the LVV Parliamentary Group, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, are allegedly involved in espionage.
“President VJOSA OSMANI is suspected of having negotiated the permission to leave BIA members in the case of BANJSKA”, said Elezi.
According to Kupina, the status of this expert is an outright lie. He even says that President Vjosa Osmani is preparing a lawsuit against Elezi until they called on the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office to urgently take measures, based on the numerous reports of security institutions, which prove the continuous activity of the individual Bedri Elezi to the detriment of national security.
“President Osmani did not negotiate for the release of the BIA agents, so this is a pure lie of the individual Bedri Elezi, for which the President will immediately prepare a lawsuit. This untrue and scandalous statement constitutes grave defamation. Such statements violate not only the credibility of the state, but also national security”, said Kupina
He says that the President will respond to such slanders through legal means.
“At the same time, the President called on the Police and the Prosecutor’s Office to urgently take measures, based on the numerous reports of the security institutions, which prove the continuous activity of the individual Bedri Elezi to the detriment of national security”.
