Kosovo’s President Vjosa Osmani, speaking at the EPC Leaders’ Summit in Copenhagen, emphasized that Europe’s security is closely linked to the stability of the Western Balkans.

During a roundtable discussion with European leaders focused on security, Osmani stressed the importance of countering Serbia’s destabilizing tactics as a key step toward ensuring lasting stability and security across the region.

“At the EPC Leaders’ Summit in Copenhagen, at the table with European leaders focused on security, I highlighted that Europe’s security is closely tied to the security of the Western Balkans. Therefore, Europe must focus its attention on this region by investing in preventing Serbia’s destabilizing tactics as a crucial step toward sustainable and long-term security,” Osmani wrote on Facebook.

Her remarks come amid ongoing regional tensions and increased calls for stronger European engagement in the Balkans.
