The Kosovo Specialist Chambers has announced that, following an extension of the deadline, Pjetër Shala submitted a Referral Application to the Constitutional Court for registration on September 15, 2026.
According to the announcement, the Referral Application is now available in the Public Court Records and was submitted following a decision by the Supreme Court dated June 25, 2026.
The Specialist Chambers also said that Shala has another Referral Application currently under consideration by the Constitutional Court.
