The Organization of the War Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army (OVL-UÇK) has announced that the Albanian government has allowed free passage on the Nation’s Road (Rruga e Kombit) for 24 hours, from 09:00 on October 17 until 09:00 on October 18.
This decision was made in honor of the protest scheduled to take place in Tirana on October 17 at 17:00, organized against what is described as injustices toward the former KLA leaders who are currently being tried in The Hague.
