The Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel (PZAP) has approved the complaint filed by the Serbian List, paving the way for the certification of its candidates for the parliamentary elections scheduled on December 28.
According to the decision published today by PZAP, the panel found that the Central Election Commission’s (CEC) decision on December 10 to deny certification of this political entity was insufficiently justified.
The reasoning states that the CEC did not fully address all relevant facts and legal criteria related to the certification process, leading PZAP to overturn its earlier decision.
