As Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani announced the removal of the remaining European Union punitive measures against Kosovo, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama publicly intervened to praise her leadership, calling the development entirely her achievement.
During a video message in which President Osmani informed the public that the final EU measures against Kosovo are expected to be lifted by the end of January, Prime Minister Rama appeared unexpectedly, embracing Osmani and congratulating her on the outcome.

Rama emphasized that the progress achieved was solely due to Osmani’s efforts, offering explicit public recognition of her role.
