A major criminal investigation recently launched in connection with the Kosovo Insurance Bureau (BKS) has reportedly expanded to include the legal entity “Reforma SH.P.K.”, a well-known company operating in the vehicle sales, servicing, and post-accident repair sector.

According to court documents reviewed by Sinjali and reliable sources close to the investigation, the Basic Court in Prizren, at the request of the Prosecution, authorized searches and inspections as part of an investigation into abuse of trust, abuse of economic authorizations, and document forgery, allegedly committed in co-perpetration and on a continuing basis.

Profile of “Reforma SH.P.K.”

“Reforma SH.P.K.” is publicly known as:

  • A company engaged in the sale and purchase of vehicles
  • An authorized dealer and service provider for Volkswagen (VW) and Audi
  • A business specializing in professional vehicle repairs after traffic accidents, as well as other technical and mechanical services

It is precisely this business activity, according to sources, that has come under direct scrutiny by investigators, amid suspicions that the company’s structure and business documentation may have been used unlawfully.

Company Denies Any Raid

Sinjali contacted “Reforma SH.P.K.” for comment. The company categorically denied that any raid or search had taken place at its premises.

“That is not true — you have incorrect information. We are continuing our work as usual. At the moment, we are operating normally and serving several clients,” representatives of the company stated.

They further emphasized that “there has been no raid at any of our locations, and we are currently functioning without interruption.”

The investigation related to the Kosovo Insurance Bureau remains ongoing, while authorities have not yet issued an official public statement regarding the alleged actions involving “Reforma SH.P.K.”.
