NATO will continue to work with Denmark and Greenland on Arctic security, says its Secretary General Mark Rutte in a social media post, reported by BBC.

In the post, which comes after his meeting with the Danish Minister of Defense and Greenland’s Foreign Minister, Rutte noted that they discussed how “important the Arctic – including Greenland – is for our collective security.”

Rutte added that Denmark is also increasing investments in “key capabilities” and stated that they will “continue to work together as allies on these important issues.”
