German Deputy, Knut Abraham, delivered a speech in the Bundestag today.
He has asked the Government of Germany to make the final decision on Kosovo’s accession to the Council of Europe because, according to the German deputy, “all conditions have been fulfilled”.
He further mentioned the commitment of the Government of Kosovo to draft and submit a Draft for the Association to the Constitutional Court and added that this is an excellent development.
