The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has called on citizens to participate in the local elections taking place today, reports KosovaPress.
With three hours remaining before the polling stations close, LDK stated that the election process is proceeding smoothly and without major issues.
LDK spokesperson Besian Mustafa said at a press conference:
“Citizens are demonstrating high democratic awareness. Today, the people of Kosovo are exercising their constitutional right to vote. These are regular local elections held in 38 municipalities across Kosovo.”
