The President of the United States, Donald Trump, met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer today at the White House.
The American president concluded the meeting with Starmer with optimism about peace in Ukraine and trade agreements with the United Kingdom.
Before wrapping up the press conference, Trump stated that there will be two agreements.
“I think we will have an agreement to end the war, and I believe we will finalize a major trade agreement with the United Kingdom. It is an honor to be with you, and I want to thank everyone very much,” he said.
