The Serbian side was interested in discussing only the implementation of a part of the Basic Agreement, specifically the establishment of the Association of Serb-majority municipalities, during the talks in Brussels, said late Tuesday Kosovo’s chief negotiator in the talks with Serbia, Besnik Bislimi.
He and Serbia’s chief negotiator, Petar Petković, met on Tuesday with the mediation of the EU’s special representative, Miroslav Lajčák.
Prior to this, Lajčák held separate bilateral meetings with Petković and Bislimi.
