The European Union Ambassador to Kosovo, Aivo Orav, met with Kosovo’s Minister of Culture and Tourism, Saranda Bogujevci, to discuss EU support for the cultural sector.
According to reports, their discussion focused on the European Union’s continued assistance to culture and heritage initiatives in Kosovo.
They also spoke about the Creative Europe programme, which supports cultural and creative sectors across Europe, as well as the resumption of activities of the Implementation Monitoring Council related to the protection and preservation of religious and cultural heritage in Kosovo.
The meeting reaffirmed the EU’s role in strengthening cultural development and safeguarding heritage as part of Kosovo’s broader European integration process.
