The Football Federation of Kosovo (FFK) has published a special video from Kosovo’s 1–0 victory over Ireland, showcasing some of the most emotional moments before, during and after the “Dardanians’” opening match of the new UEFA Nations League campaign.
The video begins with the Kosovo national team arriving at the stadium shortly before the clash with Ireland, before the camera moves into the dressing room, where the atmosphere includes a special moment involving Erblin Osmani.
The 17-year-old talent, who received his first call-up to the senior national team, delivered a short speech to his teammates, expressing his gratitude for being called up by Kosovo and wishing the team success in the match.
The video then captures the players’ emotions during the game, with the climax coming in the final minutes when Vedat Muriqi scored the winning goal for Kosovo.
The goal sparked an explosion of emotion among the players, while the celebrations continued after the final whistle.
The video concludes with scenes from the dressing room, where the “Dardanians” celebrate the important victory together and their first three points of the Nations League campaign.
