Albanian Ambassador to Israel, Meri Kumbe, has reported that 11 Albanian citizens are currently stranded in Israel amid rising tensions.
She confirmed that the citizens have been given instructions to stay safe and seek secure shelter.
“11 Albanian citizens are stranded in Israel, and we have provided guidance to take refuge in safe locations. The most affected areas include Tel Aviv and other cities where critical infrastructure, such as energy facilities and military bases, is located. Citizens have been warned that the situation is dangerous, and emergency shelters have always been prepared. The state of emergency has been declared until March 2, but we cannot predict how long it will last. We have instructed citizens to remain calm,” said Meri Kumbe, Ambassador of Albania in Israel.
Authorities continue to monitor the situation and provide support to the stranded citizens.
