The Constitutional Court of Kosovo announced that it will issue a decision regarding the decree of President Vjosa Osmani on the dissolution of the Assembly of Kosovo only after completing a full constitutional review of the case.
In a statement to Klan Kosova, the court said the evaluation process will include a detailed analysis of the claims raised by the party that submitted the request.
According to the court, the decision will be made in accordance with the Constitution, the Law on the Constitutional Court, and the Court’s Rules of Procedure.
“The decision will be taken after all constitutional aspects of the claims presented in the request by the submitting party are reviewed, in line with the Constitution, the Law on the Constitutional Court, and the Court’s Rules of Procedure,” the court stated.
The case concerns the presidential decree issued by Osmani regarding the dissolution of parliament, which has triggered legal and political debate in Kosovo.
