Glauk Konjufca, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, met with Hiroyasu Tanigaki, Chargé d’Affaires of the Japanese Embassy, to discuss ways to enhance economic and educational cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, the officials discussed:
- Kosovo’s participation in the EXPO in Japan
- Opportunities to increase trade exchanges
- Expansion of educational ties, including Japanese language courses at the University of Prishtina
The discussion also highlighted aligned geopolitical positions between Kosovo and Japan, as well as their shared commitment to international peace and stability. Konjufca also extended congratulations to Japan on the formation of its new government and the appointment of the new Prime Minister.
