Karoline Leavitt, White House Press Secretary, provided clarifications regarding the possible end of the U.S. war against Iran.

She stated that the conflict will not end until “Iran fully and unconditionally surrenders,” BBC reports.

“The operation is progressing according to plan,” she said, reiterating President Trump’s comments from Monday, but emphasized that the war will not conclude until “Iran fully and unconditionally surrenders, whether they agree or not.”

“Trump will be the one to decide when Iran no longer poses a direct threat,” Leavitt added.
