The Constitutional Court of Kosovo is reviewing Prime Minister Albin Kurti’s request challenging President Vjosa Osmani’s decree to dissolve the Assembly.
Following a temporary measure set by the court, spokesperson Veton Dula announced that today, March 11, 2026, is the final day for interested parties to submit their comments on the case.
“This case is currently under procedure. The deadline for submitting comments from interested parties ends today, March 11, 2026,” Dula stated to Rks News.
