The United States on Friday released a new batch of declassified files on Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs, as part of an ongoing effort to make historical government records publicly available.

“The Department of Defense is releasing its fourth installment of declassified historical records related to Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP),” Pentagon Chief Spokesman Sean Parnell said in a statement, adding that the documents are now available on the department’s official website.

Parnell also noted that the Pentagon and its partner agencies are continuing to prepare additional releases, with more declassified UAP files expected to be made public in the coming months, Anadolu Agency reported.

The first batch of documents was released on May 8 as part of a broader declassification initiative launched under the Trump administration. The second batch followed on May 22, while the third was published on June 12.
