Kosovo Security Force Completes Basic Combat Engineer Course, Strengthening Operational Capabilities

The Kosovo Security Force (KSF), through its Doctrine and Training Command, has successfully completed the Basic Combat Engineer Course, aimed at equipping military personnel with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in combat engineering.

According to the KSF, participants received comprehensive training in a range of combat engineering disciplines, including the construction of field fortifications, demolitions, water obstacle crossing, obstacle detection and clearance, as well as the operation of engineering equipment and specialized tools.

The training was conducted in accordance with professional military standards, with a strong emphasis on enhancing technical proficiency, discipline, teamwork, and operational readiness.

“The successful completion of this course marks an important step in strengthening the professional capabilities of KSF personnel and contributes to increasing the operational readiness of its units to accomplish their missions,” the KSF stated.
